    after so many years, now I have a new variation to supta viransana. My knees and front thigh muscles are not yanked.

      Hi David, good to hear your body appreciates. Our knees are important to observe and not over do but be in the correct position to release properly. The more we do the easier it becomes. 🙏🏻
