    Qeema Pulao:
    Ingredients:
    Chicken mince ½ kg
    Rice ½ kg
    Yogurt ¾ cup
    Whole all spice 1 tbsp
    White Pepper 1 tsp
    Button Red Chilies 10-12
    Onion 1
    Eggs (boiled) as required
    Salt to taste
    Raisins 4 tbsp
    Milk ½ cup
    Nutmeg, Mace Powder ½ tsp
    Finely Chopped Ginger 2 tbsp
    Clarified butter ¾ cup
    Method:
    Heat clarified butter, add onion and fry.
    Add whole all spice, ginger garlic paste, salt, white chilies, yogurt, whole red chilies, chicken mince and fry.
    Then ½ cup of water and cook until mince is done.
    After this, add ginger, nutmeg, mace, milk and cook.
    Now add water and cook until boil.
    Now add rice and let it simmer.
    Add raisins and take it out in a dish.
    Garnish with boiled eggs.
    Fry Mix Daal Achaari :
    Ingredients:
    Boil grams lentils 1 cup
    Boil white lentils ½ cup
    Boil yellow and orange lentils ½ cup
    Chopped onion 1 cup
    Boil chopped tomatoes 2
    Salt to taste
    Red chili powder to taste
    Turmeric to taste
    All spices powder ½ tsp
    Grinded achaar ½ tsp
    Green chili 3-4
    Clarified butter ¾ cup
    Finely cut ginger 1 tbsp
    Method:
    Heat clarified butter and whole green chili fry and remove. now add chopped onion and fry. after this all spices and boil chopped tomatoes add and roast well. now add boil lentils and mix. then dish out and remove then garnish with green chilies and ginger and serve.
    Lal Chutney with wings:
    INGREDIENTS:
    Chicken wings 1 packet
    Red Chilies 6
    Green Coriander 2 tbsp
    Mint Leaves 2 tbsp
    Garlic Cloves 4
    Tomatoes 1
    Salt ½ tsp
    Crushed Cumin ½ tsp
    Tamarind Pulp 4 tbsp
    Water ½ cup
    Oil for frying
    METHOD:
    In a blender, yogurt, red chilies, green coriander, mint leaves, garlic cloves, tomato, salt, cumin, tamarind pulp and water and blend well .then heat oil and fry chicken wings then serve with lal chutney ..
