Definitely agree with you on that one, I've always liked the idea of doing something similar to destiny, where you'd party up with 5 other people taking on a raid with multiple puzzles/bosses and getting loot you can only find in the raid by beating the final boss
While I always say "play the characters you enjoy the most" as Genshin is at its core a very "casual" game and doesn't require any special teams, if you want to get the full stars in the Spiral Abyss or at least have an easier time clearing it, you won't be able to avoid making your teams more "sensible". The first and easiest thing to upgrade here is to build more ER on your characters which will help a lot! This particularly applies to your supports. For example, give your Xianling and your Lisa an ER weapon. As you've already noticed, your team won't necessarily make more sense, but at least you'll get your burst back faster, which is pretty essential in the Abyss, regardless of which team you play. Otherwise, it's always pretty fun to watch players in the Abyss who haven't had much experience with it before. Due to this. Well done!
Congrats on reaching the abyss 🙌 I've been playing this game for more than 2 years now but I can only 100% until floor 11. I can clear floor 12 but not 9-stars and I don't think I can soon 😅 I hope they make another end game content like the spiral abyss. I want something like the Labyrinth Warriors event that came out during Inazuma year, the event with Xinyan and Childe. I think it's almost the same as the Simulated Universe.
Actually the second half is easier, all you need is to know how to handle those enemies, because they have special mechanics. So if you manage to get a team for the second half as good as the one in the first, then 36 stars may be not so far away!
