I have an azeron miself as well. I use it to play fortnite, if you are down to play sometime. I would be glad to play with you.
Is it better than ps5 controller?
You lose aim assist but instead, aim with the mouse. If you are really good with a controller, maybe not worth switching. I moved from KB&M since I couldn't find a way to have decent mechanics on keyboard. Now I can't imagine playing FN with anything else.
I've got Azeron Cyborg and I can agree with this review, my FN mechanics have multiplied since I moved from a top-tier keyboard. I'm still a pretty low-level player but it is due to my age, limited time to practice and, hey, I'm just not as gifted as for instance my son who plays on K&M default settings but will beat me 90 out 100 times, haha. I personally couldn't find enough easily accessible key binds on the keyboard and mouse, then I placed three build buttons and edit on the mouse which is not optimal at all. Currently, I've got a wall and ramp on the mouse. Everything else is on Azeron, and I don't feel the limitations of the device hampering my progress.
Still using these keybinds? I just got one and need to get mine figured out
my suggestion, is don't overthink it. Use the most important binds on your most comfortable fingers, and be ready to spend some time getting used to it. Before buying my Cyborg, I watched a bunch of videos and looked for perfect binds. I ended up with my own binds at the end. The power of Azeron is that you can customize it to your liking. For instance, my two smallest fingers aren't very good for flicking upwards. When I try doing that, I occasionally make my other fingers move as well. So, I just don't assign anything to these keys, and it is fine.
This is not optimal at all there is no point for an azeron for just your cone bind
while I agree with you (I used to have 3 builds on the mouse when I was on KB&M, and it sucks... I don't think you can ever get to exceptional mechanics), I think one of the most powerful advantages of Azeron is that you can customize it to your liking. The author of the video likes it that way... for each his own.

have you gotten any stick drift?
At some point, I had terrible issues with mine. Support provided me with the replacement module. Took me about 20 minutes to replace the thumbstick module, and it is all peachy.
