Ok. So worst part is sliding the pads into the spring protector. Total arm burn out. My trick is to get it about halfway in then press the pad against your chest and do a whipping motion and it goes much faster. It'll burn out your shoulder,biceps and grip. Plan on it taking awhile. Whew!!

Can you set the frame on yellow sand or do you need more of a hard compact surface?
