Just FYI the girl from the wedding ain't Nami. And yes the changes over the years in animation style and quality in the openings, usually match the actual art from the arcs it cover. As you've seen the biggest successive bumps in quality was in the Wano arc, showcased in openings 22 to 25 . Yes Wano was very long (but great) and lasted 4 years and almost 200 eps
2:39 it was a another woman named Puddin....I won't spoil who she you will have to watch 😉. Wano arc was insane, Toei brought in heavy hitters and legendary anime directors and animators to put it all together and unfortunately it's one longest arcs in the show (195 episodes) which is why it has a bunch of openings for it. The red hair guy with vest is Captain Kidd, fun fact a lot of characters are modeled after real life pirates, musicians, famous people and historical figures (wait until you meet Eminem).
The live action is good, even if the plot is different from the anime. And they had to remove some subplots from the anime so as not to overload the story in a tv series. But, since the manga author agreed, there is nothing to say. You can watch the live action and then the anime if you want to know the rest of the story without waiting for season 2.😁
Good reaction ! However, that's not Dracule Mihawk, it's Trafalgar Law. The Live Action is good idea to start even if there's some spoiler compare to the anime, Mihawk is present in the first season. Enjoy !
One Piece was a show and manga that was expected to not last very long, so the showrunners decided to give it a weekly serialization as opposed to a 20 something episodes a year. Sometime before the halfway point of the anime, it caught up to the show. And the latest completes arc, the Wano Arc, took FOUR YEARS TO FINISH!
The live action would be better considered as a different universe and different story. The best way to enjoy manga>anime>adaptation. I would vote to react to anime over live action. Plus knowing the entertainment Ind, they will try to wokify it. Also, you keep saying Mihawk, but that is someone named Law.
For those that feel the anime is too long, then the Live Action is a good way to get the key plot points of the first few arcs/the core crew's backstories.
@@andycooper6085 at best it should be considered as an appetizer or a trailer to get you to read the manga or watch the Anime. Anime to long bro, go to onepace so you get canon. The adaption changes interpersonal relationships between the characters. They aren't the same story. It's like an off kilter universe and if you want the real stuff, you still gotta go elsewhere.
@@andycooper6085 the writers also likened Wapo to the incoming 47th as well from what I've heard, and when you consider how TDS may ruin the writers. Also Hollywood and Netflix still aren't safe when you look at how many IP they destroyed along with all the adaptions that really failed.
Openings 22-25 all cover One arc and yeah, they are fighting the same villain lmao!! That arc spans a little over 200 episodes, the longest in the series to date
Thanks for the reaction ❤😊 Best way to get to onepiece Is 1. Manga 2. Anime Anime have some pacing issues tbh at some point, early animation is old still 8/10 Manga is 2 times better 3. Wit studio remaking Onepiece from beginning east blue saga to solve the pacing issues and to old animation It will be a great adaptation of the manga i think 4. Live action season1. Which is better than most of the live action.
9:29 "[Redacted]" I'm sad, but I get it. 😂 There's a lot of Mihawk fans that would be very mad. The redhead is Kid and the black haired dude is Law. Would you mind watching "The Breathtaking World of One Piece" by Strawhat V?
Yea, respectfully, reaction content isn't for you. I don't even think this would qualify as transformative. Its just watching the reactions with minimal to no input. Skipped OP 1000 too. L.
These were some of the most boring reactions to the one piece openings I've ever seen, sorry. Barely any emotion lol. Please maybe try harder to be enthusiastic about it instead of looking like you're faking a reaction.
If you watched and can’t tell that she’s just being herself then that’s on you. Sure she didn’t comment as much as others, but I’d guess you’re also the same type of person that gets tilted by people who constantly pause, or talk over a reaction. I genuinely don’t think her reaction was that lacking to warrant this type of comment.
It was fine, those were just songs and she does not have the context of the anime to truly comment much. She was just curious about the show and still airing some thoughts and questions. Besides this is a fairly new channel, she'll likely get more comfortable and used to reactions overtime .. i bet that most other OP openings reaction you saw were from more experienced streamers.
@@ZarathosDaimaoh "she does not have the context of the anime to truly comment much" tbf that is a total lie . She says at the beginning she has no experience with OP than names Luffy , Zoro , Nami and Sanji , than mainly her entire focus is on the lyrics yet she is able to remember Ace , Mihawk and Law , LITERALLY sees Robin in the openings and immediately notices her skin color has changed , even had moments where she without realizing started to sing along Japanese lyrics , sees Germa 66 in first scene and immediately says power rangers just by looking at their hair . I don't like to doubt people but she is literally reacting in a way she knows stuff here and there . As a newbie reactor yes , it can be hard to please everyone but 90% op time she only spoke about things that a person who has context to stuff happening in the story .
Dude with red hair and red lips is Kidd. Mihawk is the one who looks like a spanish fencer, in the first openings.
11:07 his name's law

Thx for this reaction. 😄
Hope you enjoyed these openings as much as I did.

Calling kid mihawk is insane💀
Start your Journey in to the Greatest story ever told!!!!
Law is everyones favourite for sure
She thought he was mihawk lol
You gotta watch it now
W reaction
You should probably react to one piece episode 1 and then episode 897 because it is the intro to Wano arc (the one with the hood animation)
You might get spoiled a bit though ngl
Yea, respectfully, reaction content isn't for you. I don't even think this would qualify as transformative. Its just watching the reactions with minimal to no input. Skipped OP 1000 too. L.
Dont mind the comments telling you that you shouldn't react, eac one has their way to react to stuff, thats your and many enjoy it
I was able to watch the episode, but the audio is VERY LOW, I watched the video with my speaker at maximum volume
You'll learn the characters names as you go.
the way u kept confusing law with mihawk has me dying.. law >>>> mihawk i fear
his not mihawk but hes law

Shut your goofy ass up! If you don’t like then don’t watch!
Well atleast it was a genuine reaction. Cant stans fake over the top reactions lol
