Good overall review, simple and straight to the point on the key features. I'm patiently waiting on mine (ordered it two weeks ago with the leg hold attachment) it originally said 8-12 weeks, but upon seeing the page recently the turn around says 4-6 weeks lead time. Upgrading from my Adjustable 2.0 incarnation of the bench which is a tank on wheels itself, but the upgraded features on this bench were too hard to pass up...Rogue hit it out of the park with this bench and are listening and walking the walk!
Happy Dixon. Last time I used a ladder style bench was at a commercial gym, and the seat always collapsed! I assume this and other similar benches are made better than that these days?

Can you do chest supported barbell rows or will the support peg at the head of the bench get in the way? Nice review, thinking about buying it!
I’ll give it a try, I don’t believe that will work well. Get the Sorinex bulldog pad much better for that movement. That’s what I use

Much better! The pad gap on the old commercial gym benches was also hard on the ass. This bench is dialed!
