Dear people thank you for your comments I really appreciate all of them. For those of you who want to learn this note by note I have made a lesson available at live4guitar.com/guitar-lesson/all-of-me Peace and love! Damjan
Damjan Pejcinoski I want to get more into gypsy. I been playing metal and rock for awhile. I have little knowledge in music theory. What is the most important thing to learning gypsy?
There's no doubt that players like Damjan, who play such great gypsy jazz guitar, do not get the recognition they deserve for their effortless musicianship. Brilliantly played Damjan. .
Many Jazz Standards sound like if they were composed specially for this style because Gypsy Jazz is technically American Swing on the way Django played it :)
TheJofrica this is great but sounds like he has a backing track doing the rhythm.... Regardless its awesome! Watch All of me (for Eli) by Naudo. He plays it amazing! Does the bass while doing the lead at the same time. Its arrangement style.
Keep these old standards alive! People like you, wonderfully talented and hardworking, will ensure that they, and their performance, are not forgotten. Thank you.
This is just Exceptional. Wow. Every nuance, every subtlety, every shade of emotion is explore yet with timely, flavorful constraint. Never too much or too little. Just... perfect.
I must have watched this at least 25x and every time I'm left totally amazed - you are the best guitar player I've ever seen in my 58 years - what a gift, Bravo!
Such a shame that this guys videos have so little views while other artists on here with not even 10% of his talent are racking up millions of views and more money that goes along with those views.
The difference between a Rocker and a Jazzman is that a Rocker plays 3 chords for 100 people and a Jazzman plays 100 chords to 3 people. Sad but true...
Yep, I just tossed my guitar in the trash can and the ghost of Django is looking for yours! ... Really amazing chops and soloing. Beyond that your repertoire is unbelievable; fusion, bop, gypsy, latin ... only thing missing was perhaps Teddy Bears Picnic but I'm sure its equivalent is in there. Thanks for sharing your incredible work.
Damjan, I couldn't resist replaying this piece again. Apart from the technicalities some speak much better than me about, I enjoyed the fine music and your ideas of Jazz improvisation. Thanks and greetings from Egypt.
Just fantastic playing, I agree with the comment of who is getting views when this young man is really a guitarist. Truly a talent, thank you friend you are an inspiration to be a better player.
A couple years ago, I first listen to that arrangement of All of Me .. Such a banger ! When I think of gypsy jazz, I can always hear your guitar licks in my head. Thank you Damjan :)
do not hesitate to buy Damjan's lessons they are just great and so useful in many ways! I just got two of them few days ago (all of me and les yeux noirs) progressing so fast with them!
Fantastic playing - really - it is wonderful - this is one of my favourite tunes of all time - but I was a little bit disappointed that he didn't set fire to his guitar at the end.
This is really nice. There are some very nearly shred elements here, but couched nicely in an authentic Gypsy Jazz feel that it's really convincing, and exciting. Nice playing. Really enjoyed it.
Fabulous.. what a joy to listen to. As long as guys like you carry on the Django style, we out here can just enjoy this loveliness. Thank you and.. best regards. WF
Don't know how 425 people could give this a thump down. They're intiled to their opinion, but they're wrong. This was great gypsy jazz, great playing, and just great guitar. My hat's off to you fir
no, you can hear that he understands how it works, chord's grade and what notes he can play . he abuses of some scale shapes but he doesnt play on scales.
naturally if you want to play well like a profi you have to practice. he has done it and so he is there where he is now propelling to greater heights of joy of swing gypsy jazz. paganini used to practice 15 hours a day. I have not counted but heard people say. so to become a master you need to practice.
You can use loads of things but for a taste of what's going on musicly, here's a brief explanation. All of me goes like this: Cma7 / E7 / A7 / Dm7 These are the first 8 bars. I'm trying to load the tab and it won't let me. What can I do?
Superb!
You are so good! I like to hear and look this again and again!! Makes me feel okay
Just bought the course!
There's no doubt that players like Damjan, who play such great gypsy jazz guitar, do not get the recognition they deserve for their effortless musicianship. Brilliantly played Damjan.
.
This is like the perfect gypsy jazz guitar song. It really goes perfectly in this style
+Minor Swing!
"minor swing" by Django Reinhardt.
Many Jazz Standards sound like if they were composed specially for this style because Gypsy Jazz is technically American Swing on the way Django played it :)
I'd also recommend Made for Wesley. Of the few gypsy jazz songs I've gotten into, that one is my favorite.
TheJofrica this is great but sounds like he has a backing track doing the rhythm.... Regardless its awesome!
Watch All of me (for Eli) by Naudo. He plays it amazing! Does the bass while doing the lead at the same time. Its arrangement style.

Brilliant. I have been playing the guitar for about 25 years but could never get anywhere near this level of skill. Great video 👍👍👍
As a classical musician, first piano, then a little bit of guitar, I will never understand how anyone can improvise like this.
From the heart
And lots of practice of various guitar phrasings
Studying jazz can give you it
triads
I'm always so shocked on how I managed to solo over some songs! My brain just shuts down and my heart does all the work
This video changed my life many years ago. Came back to say thank you for making this.
The spirit of Django lives on.....well played sir!
I've always loved that song. I've heard it done by MANY players. I've NEVER heard it done any better! Great job!
Man, gypsy jazz is so beautiful. Nice job!
No big editing no nothing! Just pure raw talent! Congrats dude
this guy is phenomenal, breathe of fresh air.
I just don't understand how anybody in their right mind could dislike this video???
Me neither, pure music absolutely lovely
The phenomenon of dislikes... th-cam.com/video/lgmDVAskAQk/w-d-xo.html
Who cares what they think - we KNOW this is great !!!
H8rs gonna h8.
Tommy Emmanuel should have a guitar with your signature ! Congratulations you are a talented world
OMG HE DOES HAVE TOMMY'S SIGNATURE!
Manny Andrews No kidding. This guy's awesome.
Skopje are not capitol of Macedonia. Thessaloniki was last time I've checked!
Skopje is. Thessaloniki is in Greece.
Please Andreas, don't star with your greek bullshit about Macedonia.
Bravo .. gypsy style arpeggios are just the best, and you just flow right through .. Great playing
This is just Exceptional. Wow. Every nuance, every subtlety, every shade of emotion is explore yet with timely, flavorful constraint. Never too much or too little. Just... perfect.

There are a lot of scales used and arpeggios (harmonic minor, melodic minor, diminished) ...I will transcribe it soon.Stay tuned :)
Very good!
Spectacular in technique, beautifully phrased and musically satisfying.
A majestic performance.
Listen to this every once and a while to raise my serotonin levels.
Smooth, melodic and a great use of time and space, it don't get any better than that! Bravo!
A superb arrangement of this song ....if Django is listening wherever he is... he will be smiling
been coming back to this one for years. still one of my favorite videos
One of the most badass versions of this song I've come across.
Touch, tone, technique... It's all here. Beautiful!!!
Tone? How?
Such a shame that this guys videos have so little views while other artists on here with not even 10% of his talent are racking up millions of views and more money that goes along with those views.
*cough cough* Sunga. Jk sunga is good but not like this guy.
You re right !
Cameron Mastoras sunga jung isn't exactly a jazz guitarist
The difference between a Rocker and a Jazzman is that a Rocker plays 3 chords for 100 people and a Jazzman plays 100 chords to 3 people. Sad but true...
Sandro Ottaviani what a true statement
I enjoyed that rendition! Thanks for your hard work. Well 👍 done.

Your guitar has been blessed by Tommy Emmanuel, I absolutely envy you. You're great, by the way. Keep at it.
Just fantastic playing, I agree with the comment of who is getting views when this young man is really a guitarist. Truly a talent, thank you friend you are an inspiration to be a better player.
Wonderful! Django is smiling and so am i😊🎶🎶👍🎶🎶
Great to here a real guitar with no fancy studio wizardry. Fantastic!
Love this tune. You're an awesome player Damjan
A couple years ago, I first listen to that arrangement of All of Me .. Such a banger ! When I think of gypsy jazz, I can always hear your guitar licks in my head. Thank you Damjan :)
i think i need more gypsy jazz in my life, thanks to you!
Nicely done
Yeah baby, playing those licks sounds good bro sounds damn good.
Te felicito joven. Muy Buena ejecucion en la guitarra. Muy professional musico. Y por favor mas melodias como esta de gypsy jazz.
Damjan...Django is smiling on your behalf. This is truly from your heart. Keep it up my friend.
hear hear ! !
Wow, the precision on those solos is unreal
If you try hard enough, you can almost hear All of me - John Legend in the Melody 😂🙌🏿
Awesome skill here!
do not hesitate to buy Damjan's lessons they are just great and so useful in many ways!
I just got two of them few days ago (all of me and les yeux noirs) progressing so fast with them!
This is WICKED! Love jamming this on alto sax 😍🎷🎶🎷
Absolutely sublime. I love this. ❤
Amazing;-)!!!i’m a relatively new guitar player however my father was a jazz musician and I used to Sing All of Me” with him. Really GREAT!!
I can't believe there're people so envious giving this guy a thumps down!!
Excellent balance of string bending and dynamics. :-)
Fantastic playing - really - it is wonderful - this is one of my favourite tunes of all time - but I was a little bit disappointed that he didn't set fire to his guitar at the end.
I came across this video probably 10 years ago when it was posted. I fondly remember it and am so glad to have came across it once again, so amazing!
I would invite you to dinner if I ever saw you playing like this in real life.
Yes, and you would probably expect him to entertain all your guests for free ! I know about this little trick - I';ve seen it so many times before.
So clear...full of colour music style
I don't know if you take training or are self- taught. Whatever the case this is exemplary...so good. This is an unbelievable sound.
This is the epitome of beauty
WOW.... Such excellent playing, so melodic and tasteful .Thx. :)
Total mastery of your craft. I love everything about this!

This is really nice. There are some very nearly shred elements here, but couched nicely in an authentic Gypsy Jazz feel that it's really convincing, and exciting. Nice playing. Really enjoyed it.
Beautiful playing!
DwightMS1
Clear & crisp...not overly garnished....
Fabulous.. what a joy to listen to. As long as guys like you carry on the Django style, we out here can just enjoy this loveliness.

Tommy fan!! yayy! More power to you. well played.
I've never heard of this young man before, and I follow a lot of players, but he is a "monster".
Now that's real Jazz.
This is literally music to my ears
beautiful guitar , can you load the other guitar chords and struture of the song without the brilliant solo pls
Best guitar Player with lowest clicks on TH-cam.

kapteklanning my guitar has Jon Gomm's signature on it, however its sadly fading
One of my favorite videos on this platform.
54 people had there phones upside down.
Don't know how 425 people could give this a thump down. They're intiled to their opinion, but they're wrong. This was great gypsy jazz, great playing, and just great guitar. My hat's off to you
fir
You can hear that he has spent countless hours praciticing all kinds of scales up and down, up and down, all day.
no, you can hear that he understands how it works, chord's grade and what notes he can play . he abuses of some scale shapes but he doesnt play on scales.
rautibo abuse is too strong of a word for this
naturally if you want to play well like a profi you have to practice. he has done it and so he is there where he is now propelling to greater heights of joy of swing gypsy jazz. paganini used to practice 15 hours a day. I have not counted but heard people say. so to become a master you need to practice.
There are no shortcuts to greatness
Those are mostly arpeggios, not scales
Bravo Danjane
What was the little descending lick you played around 1:08 ?
you can find that lick in Oye Como Va
Montuno
Technically Dm, Db+, Csus4+6, Bm7b5 or G9, latin music sometimes overdoes it.
Even though I’m a rock/metal guy I can’t help but love this style too
Old spongebob comes to mind. Bravo
Those descending diminished arps are 🔥
what s scale that he used? help me please.
sounds like A harmonic minor
+Peace thanks you much
It's not one scale. He is following the modes/scales that correspond to the individual chords of the song.
And loads of arpeggios
You can use loads of things but for a taste of what's going on musicly, here's a brief explanation.
All of me goes like this:
Cma7 / E7 / A7 / Dm7
These are the first 8 bars.
So during the Cmaj7 you can hear diatonic upscaling in C Jonian, moving over to E7 he used alot of arpeggios back and forth and the E mixolydian b9b13 or A harmonic Minor. You can also fuck around with arpeggios. You'd want to do the entire structure of the tune but for the initial four chords, the notes you can use are:
Cmaj7 - C E G B
E7 - E G# B D
A7 - A C# E G
Dm7 - D F A C
Very, very good. Thanks!
That awkward and sad moment when you realize you will never play as good as he.... .-.
Yeah your right...that affects me more..im an ass of a guitar player at 52...
Damjan ur a genius my friend... i wish u all the best. Django is beating his chest with pride listening to u.
How do you learn this style of music?
By practicing a lot...
Try with C Ionian Scale
Beautiful piece. Grew up with family singing this work of art
you need to make a lesson for this
There is a lesson. Link in the description
ok
I have a Tommy Emmanuell signed Taylor GARS..... I recognise the signature before even zoomed in on it great history you got there
I wrote that comment before i heard your masterful playing great job
I didn't know Keanu reeves played gypsy jazz
aidanscovers yes he does. But when he realized that there is no money in jazz, he became an actor.
Great mate.
How about Nuno Bettencourt's long lost son .. !
From one master guitarist to another .. Mattias Eklundh - There's No Money in Jazz ..
He reminds me more of Tommy Lee. He's an excellent player!
and now that's some crazy talent right there, thumbs up for my man
33 people are jealous...
The poor souls were probably expecting some hackneyed John Legend cover.
I always get mad because I expect the jazz standard and get that stupid john legend song
danny55531 who isn't
I know some idiot who has the audacity to call john legend a "jazz musician"
smh
33 ? 1.5 millions *
What a pleasure to watch and listen to !
