It's definitely all about karma. Everything is pre decided.. why and how? The answer is of course you did it by your karma. So don't blame anybody and start the process of karma correction!
If only parents could have imparted such knowledge and inculcated such understanding in us we could have all cultivated ourselves to lead a more fulfilled life.

It is the destiny which it ultimate. All- Daviat, Nature, Kalat, purush karat leads towards the Destiny. So one should do good actions (purush karat) with fair heart (Nature+Daivat) with the hope that good time (Kalat) is ahead.

Who choses suicide, they hurt their family members and friends which directly creates karma. Also you will have to learn the same lessons again.
