Maybe the brands don't always respect your honesty that kicked you off their PR list. I know we as your audience definitely appreciate that we can trust your reviews! Their loss for sure!
That's what I was thinking too. So many influencers are Switzerland ( wishy washy neutral opinions ) when it comes to their reviews of products. These companies can't handle the truth, they just want sales.
I prefer actual opinions. I've rarely purchased through links because of this. Lately, I'm following people who are actually dead excited over things just like Annette is with this palette and brand. I'm not looking to build a collection. I'm looking for genuinely good and fitting products I'll be excited to use everyday or at least each week.

My boyfriend of 15 years and I have also recently split. Even though we weren’t married, I understand your pain on some level. I just keep telling myself every day that everything happens for a reason and I can’t regret a single thing in my past. Good times are yet to come. Love you girl ❤
15 years is definitely long enough to fulllllly understand the grieving (best way i came to describe the situation) paper or no paper. The paper just makes it harder as u have to pay the court pay for mediation and if you have kids (at least in Michigan) they make u wait 6 months to finalize it just in case you change your mind. (Learned that from devoicing my ex husband)

I wish Blend Bunny would release the shimmers in an independent small quint. I want the palette so bad but I know I want it mostly for the shimmers and that's not really a good enough reason to spend all that money 😅

the shimmers are just basically their Noctilucent highlighter palette in smaller pans so if you just want amazing shifty iridescent topper shades maybe look into that!
During the third look my toddler who is almost 3 looked over my shoulder and said “Wow! So pretty and sparkly!” 🩵

I bought the blend bunny one and was just so disappointed... I got the rephr mini set, in love!!!!!!!!!!! I'm thinking of buying another one, although I don't need it! I tend to only use Rephr now, they never let me down, ever!

Thank you for the review, and sharing with us. I married my first husband at 19 and divorced at 24. I was devastated and thought my life was over, but have grown and learned so much since. It ended up being for the best. My current husband is si truly wonderful, I still have a hard time believing how lucky I am almost 10 years later. I tell him he's "the best husband I've ever had", just to make him laugh.

Just sitting there on your own playing with colours you love can be so therapeutic, absolutely. And as you said: it'll be alright in the end.
With this palette, the problem for me is that I don't wear the typical rainbow brights. They don't suit me. I like dark colours, pastels, muted colours, murky shades, dusty shades, everything else basically.
I love all of the looks you created. I’m a big fan of BB, and even though I have all of their palettes (except the neutral one), I purchased this one. It came today, and I regret nothing. 😊Thank you for sharing your life update; I wish you all the best. ❤

I really want to see this swatched next to Blends, Primal and Surge. I feel kind of cheated, because I already have them, but I would have preferred to have this one instead of the three separate palettes. It really does look exactly like Blends and Primal without the shimmers in Primal

Yes yes yes!!! Another brush video! I bought everything you mentioned in it and my eyeshadow application improved 100×. Like you i have small hooded eyes and i absolutely trust what you suggest! Hi Annette, I am sorry you are going through it but as someone who has gone through this after 25 years of being married I can tell you that all will be well. Just take things one step at a time, love yourself extremely, forgive yourself and have hope that all things will come together for your good.

Can relate to that doing makeup thing as coping up mechanism. I’ve been also in a very interesting place in my life, and even tho I sometimes just want to throw an eyeliner for work, I always end up with smth more creative than that cuz the mind simply zones out of the real world, I’m paying attention to smth else, and it feels like a bliss. Hello Annette! I have been waiting for your review on this collection! I don't own the Blends or the Surge palette so I may end up picking up this palette.
As for your personal situation, my heart goes out to you. My husband of 9 years and I just got divorced in January. And it wasn't exactly amicable but it wasn't contentious either. However no matter the situation, it is always a huge change. And I think I can speak for most people when I say that you get married with the intention of being with that person for the rest of your life. So when that plan falls apart, it can be super hard to process. I am sure I should be going to see a therapist or something but haven't made it to that point yet... thank you for sharing with us! Sending you all the long distance hugs I can!
Yes please do a video of maybe your top 5 brushes u would use what brand that doesn't cost much I here alot of influencers use refer brushes
As always the looks are so beautiful! And in regards to the personal matter, I've been there after 10 years... It's a tough situation but you will be OK.... I would love a brush video. I have small very hooded eyes. I find a lot of the blending brushes are just oo big especially if I want to be able to see a gradient look between the colours I'm applying. Would love to know your favourites!

I do love blend bunny. Their quality is unmatched imo. I love using my blend bunny mattes with like the unearthly all I ever wanted palette or my clionadh stained glass shadows. I'm really curious about the shimmers in this palette.

I love the looks and am happy to report that I bought this palette during the launch. I had so much conviction that this was going to be the best rainbow palette out there. Also, yes please on your best eyeshadow brushes recommendations. Esp. For hooded eyes. I've been loving Singe Beauty more than other brands coz of the shape and precision. But I'm curious to hear your thoughts on alternative options that are affordable and great quality. I hope you are well and better each day, friend
