Thank you so much Lucinda! You can check out my DIY channel to see how I made the wall piece if you are interested. It is under At Home With Joanna. Have an amazing day my friend!
Those are beautiful! I've seen other people make the larger wall art but never saw it as a pendant - - so glad you did this and shared with us. Thanks so much!!
Thank you so much Scottie! I started with the wall art piece and then thought it would be fun to put it on a pendant. Glad you like it! Have a wonderful day!!!
Thank you so much Karen! I really had a great time making this pendant and the wall piece. I could not believe how expensive the beach wall pieces are at a craft fair and they are not that difficult to make. Have a beautiful day, my friend!
Happy Saturday my sweet glitter sister 🙂 Your pendants turned out gorgeous!!! I think all the layers gave so much depth and dimension and the colors were perfect!! I am impressed with the way that you did all the layers and nothing spilled out because I'm sure I would have resin everywhere!! LOL. I spent some time yesterday making some polymer clay pendants with inspiration from one of your videos so I will have to send you pictures once I get the resin on them 🙂Big hugs
And your pendants came out magnificent!!I bet they look amazing with resin on! Thank you so much, my dear friend! It is my translation of my wall art piece onto pendant. Kind of fun creating beach scenes! Have a super amazing day, my friend!
@@joannascorner4478 I got the resin on the pendants but I am still finishing the earrings 🙂I will send you a picture later today of them with the resin. The resin definitely brings the color to life 🙂
I love these pendants Joanna. The wall piece and coaster are really incredible. I have heard of this technique but have never tried it. I definitely have to try it after seeing you do it. As always, I am so impressed with your beautiful talent. Thanks so much for sharing this.
Thank you so much Ida! The beach scenes are really in fashion now days. People make cheese boards with them as well. If you want to see how I made coasters and the wall piece you can find the tutorials on my DIY channel under At Home With Joanna.
I stumbled upon someone's shell collection, which was donated to Goodwill. It contained at least a hundred microscopic shells. Of course, for $6 I had to buy it even though I had no use for it. Now I have the use!!! Thanks, Joanna and if you want some tiny shells, I would love to share!!!
You are just so very kind! Thank you so much for willing to share with me! It is so greatly appreciated. If you enjoy working with resin and shells you may want to look into some wall art that you can make with a beach theme. I made one on my DIY channel - At Home with Joanna, and I really had so much fun doing it!
Merci beaucoup, mon ami !! J’ai retrouvé mon traducteur google ! Yay!
Thank you so much, Kristen! It should totally work with UV resin. Funny that you mention it because I am ready to give it my first try with it soon! Have a wonderful day, my friend!
I let it dry for at least 12 hours. You just want to make sure that it is hard enough so that if you add another layer to it, the layers will not blend. If you like this project you may check out my resin beach piece and my coasters on my DIY channel at At Home With Joanna. Have fun!
