Pick an audio, then set the speed to x2 or 3 and when you hold record, it will be playing the audio really slowly. Lip sync and dance and whatever to it and then it plays it back at normal speed x

well this didnt explain how to perfect lip sync. When you slow down the sound x2 or x3 to help you with the lyrics, when you actually see the video normal speed your movements are not gonna match the speed. Your movements will be faster than the video kind of.

But if you record in slow mo , the clip is later in a faster speed - not normal
Yeah that's why I don't use it because in my cosplays I do lot's of movement but it's hard to slow everything down

It's been downloaded, sped up using a basic video editor like the one that comes automatically with androids, and reposted.
