I've never liked the idea of people asking for money and Jimmy, with his family and friends (and cars), is I'm sure more than capable of paying whatever costs due to the accident. Sometimes things happen and you might have to make sacrifices but you don't ask people for money especially if you most likely don't need to. I probably wouldn't even bother commenting about this if the goal was for $1000 or even $5000 because that is a sensible amount to help cover the costs, but $25,000!? That is ridiculous and at that point just a clear grab for more money using the accident as an excuse. I know I don't actually know him or his situation or the costs involved but that is just my opinion.
