I feel like the "horse" in question will be some kind of accessory, maybe even a tiny walking pet - I do not believe they would risk a "free" horse available for 24 hours just like that. It would be too easy for them to receive negative responses, plus they have a history of making a "free" horse into a MUCH bigger deal (available for 10th birthday for a week[+?], reward after 3 months of daily tasks)
