@@rolandmtran Out of the names you gave Darvin Ham paid is the most qualified he was an assistant coach for 11 years and won a ring with the Bucks under coach Bud. Nash did player development for the Warriors for like 5 years but I feel Nash & Billups got hired off the success of their playing careers which teams are seeing how that doesn’t always translate.

i don't get why teams hire coaches with no experience ie Nash, Chauncey Billups, Darvin Ham, Lloyd Banks, etc This guy had 5yrs in G league
