Today I was deeply moved by this sermon.. I was in .mother's womb when he preached this sermon...I will hold the rope as I intercede for others and evangelize. Bro Robert's would come on NYC TV on Sundsy morns back in 1971...I listen attentively to his telecast. I still have the books sent to me years ago .
The exception I’ve always taken to this kind of charismatic preaching is how much is added to the Word itself. A verse or passage of verses are read or quoted, and then they’ll basically reinterpret the entire story in their own words. A few words may be included which are written, but so much more is added in excess, diluting the truth. Truth, when it is filtered through opinion or “private interpretation”, becomes tradition and religion. This the danger we’re warned about on so many levels, and men like this knew that.
Please pray for me as I go abt outdoor preaching here in new York city. I have been moved very deeply by this sermon.. I wonder if BroRoberts was referring to Bro Homer Hall of Cleveland TN, he was a bishop in the Church of God of Prophecy back in the early 1950s.
Go go go and share the gospel in the streets, high way and the bye ways.., in hotels, motels, everywhere.. declare Jesus is lord, He loves and cares for the world!!!!!
If It is true, William Branham didn't believe in a place of eternal torment called Hell. Where theor worm does not die and the smoke of their torment rises up forever and ever. And there is weeping and gnashing if teeth. Then he was a false prophet. No matter what miracles took place. If he twisted the bible definition of Hell. He is a liar. The Word of God is above all miracles and signs and wonders. But thank God we don't follow miracles and signs. They follow believers.

I am led to believe that Branham fell into some interesting doctrinal issues later in life as you mentioned and started the Jesus only movement.
