This was a very intense game and the referee needs to think himself about this game. Even though he made some calls that were not supposed to be called , the atmosphere in the back; the support in the stands and the view in action looks effen great!

While the error was a big mistake as it lead to a goal, blame needs to also be placed on the fact that high school allows a 2 referee system, which has so many flaws. The closest referee to play has to focus on the offside line. This leaves the other referee on the other half and opposite touch line to call fouls and see the ball still moving when the view can easily be blocked by 1 of 20 players (excluding keepers) or just too far to be confident in what the referee saw.
9:19 I would blow my whistle right away and make white retake the free kick as the ball was still moving. Because it was only 2 refs I think they were focused on the next stage of play and didn't notice the ball.
