Funny story, when I had my first waitressing job a year back, the owner pulled me aside one day and told me I need to stop huffing and puffing when things get busy. I told her that I had no clue what she was talking about so I asked her the next time I do it to say, “That.” The following night, I took care of my last few tables, finished cleaning up, and I finally stood at the register counting my tips and without even thinking, I look a deep breath in and let everything out slowly to relax my body. Suddenly she said, “That.” I simply told her I was just breathing very deeply in and letting it out slowly to let my body know I made it to the end of my shift. She told me I needed to stop doing it because it’s disrespectful and annoying. Needless to say, I quit working there about a month later. I still breathe this way daily and it feels good. Almost like a silent way of telling yourself that you are here, alive, and well.

Still my go to for falling asleep. The mic touching/brushing sound trigger is amazing.
My headphones when on full volume vibrate so I can actually feel a very soft tickle when she scratches the mics. Also, when the cars drove by around 6:00 I had to take off my headphones because I thought the cars were going by my house and it tripped me out
