Ain’t nothing sweeter than a sleeping animal. I have a possum I feed at night. We are having and ice storm it breaks my heart for all the feral animals. They d deserve a free handout! God bless America!

Good morning Dale. Hope you get your furnace fixed before the ice storm. We’ve been having problems with ours too. No ice storms this year in Alabama but we had over a week with lows around 10 degrees.
You are a nice man for taking care of the cats. My sister does the same thing so I bought her a cat shelter for her birthday. They didn't touch it for 6 weeks then the temperature dropped at night and she said four of them were in the shelter all scrunched together!!
I read that the post office is going to stop accepting packages from China and Hong Kong due to tariffs.
That one confuses me. Who is expecting packages from these countries?
@@jennyeagan1840 TEMU and others get packages from other countries and then mails them out .I suppose that getting packages from other countries might be a concern these days as a matter of national defense in retaliation to the terrifs. I believe that Trump's goal is basically to keep the money in the family by bringing back the made in America standards and thereby producing more jobs and sending less money to other countries . It will be a monumental transition but the Retailers will have to be sanctioned as well as they are already beginning to price gouge the people in order to make up their losses . Buckle up and stock up , grow as much of your own as you can because it will definitely get worse before it gets better.

Another sleepless night yippee ! I’m watching the deer I feed in the yard . I feed a couple cats that aren’t mine outside too . High winds tonight here lost power for about an hour . Lots of sickness around here but I’ve been fine 😊

Tis Thursday morning 7:30 am, very light dusting of snow didn't even stick to the vehicles, same with the ice, the road is white and untouched, and all the schools are closed, can't say what it is five miles down the road though. Keep getting better and hope they get your new part installed in your furnace soon, sucks when your furnace doesn't work.

There’s a lot of us getting the ice storm. Luckily I don’t need anything, because I’m still sick. I went to the doctor yesterday & he said whatever this virus is some people have a cough for weeks! If I don’t feel better by Friday he said he’d call me in doxycycline. I mostly tired and no appetite now, with a bit of a cough. I hope you get a good check up!

Hope they fix your heat before the storm hits. We only had one sunny day this week, got some leaves raked. Now just chilly and rainy. The ferals around here disappear when weather changes, but show up later. The raccoons clean up anything left around dark. Nothing goes to waste.

That is crazy that you're heat is not fixed yet . Nice to see you are missing the storm . We are getting here in Massachusetts . My wife's job already called her and said they are closed Thursday . She runs a big company for daytime handicapped adults services . She went to college for phycology . She has been there 36 years .

@PrepperDale Yes . We have been together since we were 18 . We married at 24 now we are 58 . I didn't change jobs much once I graduated from auto body school . One shop 21 years then left and went to the last shop for the last 12 years . But then became disabled after double lumbar fusion surgery last year .
