They could have done something really interesting and made it actually hard to find him amongst the crowd, maybe add in a few red herrings that sort of thing. But no, you found him within five minutes because of one incredibly obvious conversation.
They had some great Glenn Miller playing at that party, nice to hear his fantastic music in a video game! Always felt it would've fit in well with Fallout.
I still find it hilarious that a secret person doing secret things decides to buy/build a house on the beach of Hawkes Bay, and surrounds it with armed guards. Its not like Hawkes Bay is isolated or anything. (Not to mention how the hell do you get planning permission for that?)
Considering how popular Hawkes Bay is....only a movie set could get permission would be my guess. There is no way that would legally be allowed to be anywhere near there, with you know....queens chain and all. :P

They don't really make anyone else suspicious. You only need to go to one location, you overhear one conversation (or two), and there's an obvious drink there. Oh well.

You may want to enable the Silent Assassin-indicator, which was added half a year ago now.
Jon sees the flaw with concealing in the grass with the torch but not with the torch not burning the grass.

Compared to the nice trailer for it the Halloween mission itself is weirdly dull. The level itself is nicely decorated though.
