Does the motor pitch go back to normal when you remove the bin and run the machine?

Yes I think its clogged in the air diverter. The part that switches air between floor and hose.

I donated it. Its hard to push, has poor suction, a weak brush bar, and no auto or manual height adjustment. Plus it clogs easily.
