Hi Evie nice little tour of your farm looks a good set up, wouldn't mind a tractor and machinery tour at some point, is your silage done in house or do you use contractors, and I worked on a dairy farm that was part of a converted castle and that had some very strange names for the buildings and fields, anyway enjoyable vid as always Evie looking forward to what else you upload.
No it’s not milk. It’s called a reviver drink. We give it to any new calved cow. Full of calcium, minerals and vitamins. It’s explained more in previous videos 👍🏽😁
@@Forever_in_wellies_ Thank you for responding. That makes sense, to prevent milk fever etc. and the cows obviously like it. I'm surprised I haven't seen other farmers doing that. Good luck for a great year.

Lancashire
Hi h r you we hope y r okay we r waiting for new video please.
New video coming tonight at 5!
You have some good calf evie
Thanks
Where are you located? Also at the beginning of the vidio you had a cow drinking out of a yellow bucket, was that milk she was drinking?
I was wondering the same. I didn't think adult cows drank anything but water.
It's basically a calcium drink given after calving, it's a powder mixed with water
