@darklady10001 Thank you! I completely understand. I did a lot of back and forth with this image because I love MM art but wasn't originally drawn to the fish. If you haven't already seen one, I suggest looking up a "post review" to see it completed. I watched Painting.Sparkles review, and that helped me make my decision.
I really was on the fence about Inside Watery Eyes as well. It wasn’t until I saw a finished review video that I decided I’d buy it. I am just a sucker for Margaret Morales art
Happy Birthday 🎉 Nothing wrong with moms treating ourselves ❤ I wish DAC would focus on their canvas and glue quality . I love love love their artwork but last 3 I worked on had so many slip spots. Something I haven’t seen in other brands even the craft store brands.

I always worry about complaining about things, but after this unboxing, I've decided to start contacting them when my canvas has issues. I'm not expecting anything from them, but they need to know when their quality doesn't match their prices. Hopefully, they will improve with enough of us telling them the issues.
@@Sparkle.Sanctuary I’m the same way. Would never comment on one but if it happens several times they need to know so they can look into it. It’s so hard not to buy from them with all the beautiful images and everyone’s videos. My last purchase was May and trying hard to only purchase from new to me sites and small shops until I try each one. It will take me a while since I only purchase a handful each year. I’ve been in hobby for 4 years and I don’t want a stash of outdated canvases when new features come along constantly. Hope you have/had an amazing birthday .
@@Sparkle.Sanctuary they wanted me to do a few drills to show where the pink came thru the pink. Dac sent me a pre paid label. And was very quick with the refund.
@tammyhyler3001 I'm glad to hear they were quick to issue a refund. I wish there had been a disclaimer before I purchased. I would have passed on it. The most likely reason I kept it is because I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it. The process of doing things like that in my town is difficult and time-consuming.
I had seen the pink dye lines during an unboxing of Sweet Treats and knew about this issue and that they caught it and fixed it … but when Song of Arthemis released, it didn’t even dawn on me that that canvas would also have lines on it. I’m so bummed about it because the light colors do show the pink. Customer service did offer a $15 refund or 1500 in points.. I didn’t ask for a label to ship it back since I had opened it and worked on it. I’m still on the fence about it and have stopped working on it for now. I know I won’t buy a round kit until I see that it won’t have a similar issue. So disappointing
@JessieCovell-k3k I completely understand. I haven't reached out to DAC yet, but I wonder if the Mica powder between the drills would void the warranty. I'm definitely doing some research to see if I can find a way to enjoy this canvas. I thought the same thing about being outside the window of the lines on the canvas and hadn't seen info about it anywhere, so I had no clue until I opened it. I was disappointed, too.
