i think the first 2 weeks, then everyone will realize that he´s weak when the opponent know what to do. Doffy ( or blue in general) lack of removal (you literally need to skip turn for use Raging Tiger), the 4 cost spam sounds good, but every deck can deal with that easily considering there is no cards with strong effects on play (the best you can do is draw 1 card with Weebil), and your late game (8,9, 10 cost) is weak.
