Nice! I didn't know!
I should have. Didn't get to AWF this time
Wish i knew about Katowice in 2014..
From history -You could show Wieża Spadochronowa where polish scouts gave their life away during 2nd World War.
You forgot about Nikiszowiec, one of the best places in Katowice that every visitor MUST SEE :) www.nikiszowiec.com.pl/
The congress center is ment to look like a crash site of the UFO (spodek) - you can easly see it on the picture :P
👍💯💯💯🍀🍻My town
Thank you for the beautiful story about Katowice 👍🏻👍🏻
My City ❤
mieszkam w Katowicach😊
Zapraszam do Łodzi, gdzie bieganie psom szkodzi...
Bez Nikiszowca?
Krakow has the Galeria Krakowska, very similar to the shopping mall you have there. Same in Warsaw, next to the main train station
Same thing in Gdańsk, it's preety common in Poland for some reason
It's common because PKP gave space for galleries for new train stations build by the galleries investors.
@@MM-lq4xf I did not know that, thanks for the info
Your last comment about the difference in accent comes from the fact that it used to be German. After World war 2, Stalin moved the borders westwards and so kattowitz became Katowice. In 1953, the Polish Communist party even changed its name to Stalinogrod but the name never took off!
How You survived speaking or hearing silesian dialect?
I struggle!
W czerwcu jest industriada polecam zobaczyć szlak zabytków w całym regionie. Chyba nawet w Częstochowie był event.
