JamesyBeanZ Yeah you can definitely tell. It's the pacing the music has along with the piano and violins that gives you kingdom Hearts vibes.
Kingdom Hearts BBS - Fate of the Unknown has a section that sounds very similar to this. That's probably what it is. Also the composer.

It's also the battle theme used during night time and dark places (such as caves).
elinfini Sadly, it is no longer the cave and daemon theme. It is used against the Imperial soldiers.

First time I heard this song was in FFXIV, thanks to the event going on now.
It's what's playing when you do the special FATE in Central Thanalan, as well as one of the six Orchestrion Rolls you can get, and you can listen to it as much as you like.
But you have until October 18th, and Free Trial players can join in too, since it is a Level 50 event!
We had a line of 12 cars in next to the fate and I said in chat "Ok ladies and gentlemen I want a nice clean race out there today" And a guy says "NO I F**K YOU I WANT EVERYONE TO CRASH" Needless to say everyone was laughing when all 12 cars began ramming into each other and getting into a pile
It was my favourite battle theme in FFXV so far but the new ones from the last demo are so great as well !
you know when your level are above 90 the fight is done in just 10 second and you can't this ost anymore :(

im sorry, but FF15 has the best soundtrack in the entire franchise. One winged angel doesnt even hold a candle to this battle theme. Yoko is an absolute musical genius!

The songs from 15 may have better, more detailed composition, but they're not as memorable as songs from the older games. 12 and 13 have the same issue. Thankfully, 16 doesn't suffer from this, I'd say most songs from that game are pretty memorable.
I like how Tempest was a skill in the Duscae demo and now on the full game you do it by simply pressing the attack button again after a short delay from your previous strike, makes it for a more fun way of doing fight if you wanna use certain weaponskills, instead of just keeping the attack button pressed.
Still my fav battle theme in ALL Final Fantasy games ever

Why the UI is different??

Darknessfell 92 I like the hp bars more in Duscae, but I also like the weapon slot more from the full game.
