Welcome to "Back to the Basics" with Dr. Jerry Savelle. In today's video we are going to focus on Hebrews 4 “Power in His Word” and the reasons why we need the God kind of faith.

5:13 But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19)
6:57 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword (Hebrews 4:12)

8:09 Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering (Hebrews 10:23)
8:58 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void (Isaiah 55:11)
9:14 The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever (Isaiah 40:8)
10:01 Then said the Lord unto me, Thou hast well seen: for I will hasten my word to perform it (Jeremiah 1:12)
10:56 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth (Colossians 1:16)
11:56 They brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word (Matthew 8:16)
12:18 And they were astonished at his doctrine: for his word was with power (Luke 4:32)
