"Bón hành" (lit. Feeding leek to somebody) is a Vietnamese slang refering to someone overwhelming someone else in power and giving them a horrible beating with that.
Example: Miku in 2:55 gives everyone leeks, for the declaration that she will give everyone a hard beating.
