  • Hi guys! Here is part 2 of our 2 part series on buying and building your first home/house here in Australia. This video mostly gives you an outline of the steps you would need for building your first house, specifically, with Metricon.     Very well said Mr. Enares. I've been to your office before and have seen those very elegant showroons built by Metricon, that is why my son and daughter -in-law chooses your company to build their own house there in Aus.

Thank you for the very clear description in buying a house, and we're planning to do the same as soon as we get there. Can i ask if you need to be a PR of AU before you can get the subsidy from the govt? Thanks.

      Hi Ricky, thank you for subscribing! :) You would need to be a Permanent Resident or be a Citizen to be eligible for the First Home Owner Grant.

    Hi guys. I've got a question. After you've paid the initial deposit of $1500 (which is now $3000 as I found out yesterday), roughly how much time do you have before you need to provide the 5% deposit. Is it 12 months (the time it takes for the land to settle)?

      Hi, yes you are correct, once the land is settled that's the only time you will have to pay the 5% deposit. Usually, they give you 12 months for the land to settle, but it can be earlier especially if your land is titled.

    hi po, thanks for this info. ask ko lang po, as you mentioned na wait matransfer un title sa name nyo, does that mean po ba u have paid the land in full na before construction or ksama sa loan approval un land payments? thanks po

      Bale nakaloan ung pinambayad ng lupa, kaya kumbaga fully paid na sya kaya pde na itransfer ung title.

      @@TeamZulueta salamat po :) dalawang hiwalay na loans po ba pra sa lupa at sa house construction? un pre approval po, for the full amount (house and land) or separate each din po? tnx ulit

      @@homemade4519 first is ung loan muna para sa land then after that kpg nailipat na sa pangalan nyo ung title eh pwede na kayo mgbuild. Then your broker will apply for another loan to pay off your first laon (for the land) together with the amount needed to construct the house.

      Monthly po ang pagbayad😊tapos depende po sa interest rate ng bank kung san kau nagloan kung gaano kalaki monthly na babayaran.
