    Can you make a detail video on Road connectivity from VTP & Godrej to Eon it park which is the main obstacle here. Some says Road has got permission some say like keshav nagar Bridge it will never become. Just need to some geniune advice.

    Isn't 854sqft for 3 bhk too less? I am saying in terms of costing for the location far from kharadi.

      It is but later in pune there are going to be more lesser sizes as pune is growing and cost of living is increasing so that will be more difficult later..

    Everyone is shooting the temporary approach passing through Uvilla and Panchsheel. Nobody is talking about the road which will connect the township with Eon IT from the riverside where from Uvilla is having the front gate. Is this road a reality or a myth.

    Its very painful that after spending 80 to 90 lakhs, we still get a 3bhk flat in pune.😭 Atleast we should get a bunglow. Dont know why all builders sell their bunglows above 2 cr☹

      There is not an issue the road is under construction. Whenever they will give them possession the road and the township will fully developed and functional.
