I remember barry manilow’s concert, he can hardly sing coz he was already hoarse and it was the audience singing his songs with him to help him🤣🤣🤣🤣. Filipinos are just happy that their idol showed up, they don’t mind if you won’t or can’t sing anymore🥰🥰🥰🥰
I love how aggressive Efra is when he is proving a point 😂 Btw, love you too both. I became an official fan of SB19 because I kept on watching your reaction videos about them. Before, I was just a casual listener of their songs. But the way you explain the musicality of all the artists you react to is so amazing, informative and satisfying. 💜
Gladys Knight, a famous American singer in the 70's,said she is nervous when she do concerts in the Phil bec Filipino audience knows the lyrics of her songa so she could not make mistakes
The Original Filipino (originally spelled as ‘Pilipino’) alphabet only has 20 letters. There is no letters C, F, J, Q, V and Z. That is why most Filipinos especially the older generations pronounce F as P and V as B. The modern Filipino alphabet has 28 letters which has all the letters of the English alphabet plus the ‘ng’ from the original Filipino alphabet and ‘ñ’ was included.
It's more like in English, we say Filipino; in Tagalog, we say Pilipino. We always pronounce F as P when saying it in Tagalog; the same with V, we say B, and C, we say K.
The concert in the Philippines was a great experience for so many artists around the world because not only did they entertain the audience but also themselves with the singing and reaction of the audience.
We need to send you guys to the Philippines so you will actually see all this happen in front of your eyes! The warmth and general hospitality and the singing abilities of regular ordinary Filipinos. People would randomly say hello to you or wave their hands towards you, total strangers specially in the small towns and cities. It truly is more fun in the Philippines!
That Britney video you watched happened after Britney’s concert. While people were waiting in line going out of the building, they were singing along. If you listened to the last part, after the bridge, people were even singing the 2nd voice/adlibs of the song! It was really amazing! 😂
The philippines is the hardest country to impress, when a filipino applauds you it means you're famous, that's why many foreign artists come here all over the world, because they know how to love and admire Filipinos, they show it
Honestly, we Filipinos are being overcharged for concerts when all these artists have to do is stand on stage, tell us which song is in their set list, and we'll sing them all. SING👏THEM👏ALL👏 😂😂😂
Yeah, Filipinos are definitely the best crowd esp when it comes to concert. There was a time when I watched Korean Superstar IU’s concert here in Manila. I am not a Kpop fan but I just love IU. I was like, what the heck, even in songs that we don’t really understand, we sing sooo well. It’s like community singing out there. IU was so amazed. I was so amazed too 😅
Due to Filipinos' love of music and karaoke/videoke, we were able to keep the lyrics by heart and we do our own versions too, as you already know. Also, we are well versed from classic songs up to present music so there really is a great connection in music through time.
You should try to go watch a concert here in PH!! Our concert culture is one of a kind. We don't do fanchants here, we sing along! The artists can literally just watch the crowd sing.😆
As an A'Tin, myself, I can say that we can really sing along with our idols through out their performance, even instrumentals! That's what u called connection and the power of the song because they wrote it with heart.
Concerts in the Philippines are so amazing, and also the crowd. It's normal for fans to sing the whole songs HAHAHHA. And of course people here in the Philippines are 99% singer!!!
Philippines is the best stage an artist will ever dream of! You will never experience “black ocean” or silence in the philippines, the crowd will literally sing with you, shout with you, having fun with you… i think local and international artist who experience it firsthand in the philippines will totally agree with this..😊😊😊 the best crowd and fandom in the world! The best part of this filipinos crowd don’t get hurt, why? we respect each other, even tho its too crowded we don’t push one another don’t stumble one another, basically no one gets hurt in big events or concerts…
To answer Ezra's question about the "P" sound is simply because 1. There's no "F" in the original Tagalog Alphabet. 2. Our language is so agressive in enunciating the words, that some of us find it difficult to pronounce the /schwa/ sounds.

This is one of the proudest moments I have as a Filipino ☺️ I just wanna be in the crowd full of Filipinos. doesn't matter if they're strangers. We will feel like we've known each other when we jam to the songs.
as much as I would love to go to a concert and just listen to the artist sing their song without singing along...there's just this overwhelming and different kind feeling when the crowd sings with them. It's like being with friends just hanging out and singing favorite songs.
I was in the crowd during the Pentatonix concert. They taught us that part of the song earlier in the concert so we can participate in the performance. Later on, while we were waiting for the encore, we sang it again to “urge” them to come back on stage and perform. It was really fun even though all our voices were hoarse by that point!
Watch some of the videos of The Juan’s concert in Araneta coliseum last oct23, and you will see how a Filipino crowd support our own artist, by singing almost all their song with them.😁
Efra’s reactions always cracks me up. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I’d like to say that “that is normal” but I guess you won’t believe me at this point 🤭🤭 but I would love love love for you to experience it yourself when, not if, you go visit the Philippines.. 🫰🏼🫰🏼 sending you lots of love from all your Filipino followers 🥰🥰
You should also check out Korean artists who were blown away by Filipino audience. We don't do just fan chants, we sing the whole song 😂😂😂 IU was surprised to hear the audience sing in Korean and sing the while songs during her concerts. Bobby was also amazed when the audience did his rap part. Even EXO was surprised when PHIXOs (Filipino EXO-Ls) started dancing and singing during their concert 🤪🤪🤪 been to concerts abroad and here in the Philippines, but the difference between the crowds is very noticeable 😂😂😂 I just recently watched LANY's concert in Singapore and watched it again here in Manila and oh boy, they were so different 😅
Filipino's sing along when we enjoy a song. it is a must to sing along. Even at small gatherings where there usually is a karaoke, even when there's only one or two mic, you'll hear more people singing along. its a jamming party 😂
Idk if you have already watched the viral video during an election campaign where all the people were singing in unison to Ariana grande's song "BREAK FREE", and they sounded sooo in tune! Also, how the one singing on stage sounded sooooo Ariana! Even Ariana noticed that video! You should include that on your list!
truly! i'ts not even a concert, but a drag artist performing in a campaign! i hope they add it in their next crowd reaction here's a link of what it looked like when Ariana posted it on her IG story :) th-cam.com/users/shorts63cdEU1VKek
hi! it was my daughter who took the video when the crowd sang "Break Free".... she uploaded it and got surprised the media asked her permission to post it which ended up on Ariana Grande's account.... truly an amazing experience for her...and for the crowd...🙂
Yeah...I'm also a Filipino and an artist...that''s why it hurts me when some races descriminate us that we don't know how to speak english eventhough we are in the third world country...music unites us despite of our hardhips in life...we even know how to sing other languages despite of our understanding through the lyrics...but music is truly a universal language...it keep us go through our day...thank you guys...love and peace and share the love!
Yeah and that what i miss the most in the philippines .. when you go to outing there's no fun w/o karaoke party that why when there's a concert in the philippines its gonna blownaway .and thank you for including sb19 .. God bless ..
Yes, it's a Filipino thing to use P instead of F because in Tagalog there are no words that use F, even the Spanish ones are converted like, familia = pamilya, telefono = telepono. I'm Filipino and I have another Filipino colleague who literally cannot say the F. In software we have a thing called "hotfix" which is a patch to fix an issue in production. He would say "hotpix" which sounds like "hot pics" and my other colleagues would laugh about it when he's not around. lol
Oh man y'all should see us at KPop concerts!! Those are the loudest ones I've ever been to, straight up just hours of screaming 🤣 What fanchants?? We can sing AND rap the whole songs in Korean too lmaoo
I was in an Eraserheads concert and the crowd literally sang along in every single song. I was surprised even the younger generation knew the lyrics because the Eraserheads were a 90s band.

i went to a show of a local band here parokya ni edgar and the next morning i have bo vpice because i was just so hyper 😁 singinh aling and screaming and jumpinh at times. that's just how Filipino crowd is 🤗😊😊😊😊❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
hi waleska and efra! i just want to recommend you Ado, she's a young japanese singer and you guys should definitely check her songs especially "Tot Musica" and “Odo” :)) You'll be very amazed by her vocals and the tone hehe! Again thank you for the videos :3
its a sign that all artist who sang thier song together with the fans are well known here in the philippines....thats how we appreciate talents and automatically they all really love by filipino people..
I am amazed how Filipinos are into every song. Literally. We sing it and memorize it at the same time. I thought every crowd in every concert at every country does the same.😅
Kahit nga wala yang artist kayang gawin yan ng mga ph fans like sa mall or what pag may kumanta tas alam nila ang songs, sasabay talaga ang lahat sa pagkanta.. nakita ko to nung kay taylor swift ang kinanta tas sobrang sabay talaga ang lahat.. sobrang gandang tignan at panoorin.
There is also the IU concert.. the Korean singer/actress did her 1st philippine concert in dec 2019.. the crowd was singing along with her korean song.
I just realize how Efra really improve now as a reactor, because back then he barely speaks. Waleska is the one who is speaking all the time, but now💙💙💙 .....
My 3-year old nephew is singing the song of lady gaga, the youngest, 1 year old dancing and singing baby songs and my eldest nephew, 10 yr old is practicing poprock songs, he likes maximillian a lot and he practiced most of the time to improve his singing techniques on his own and trying to learn to play the guitar. He asks me about bass sound. how he likes to make it his signature sound. Asks a lot about notes to use etc. Imagine that? And the little ones are following his suit. When they were babies, they always pay attention to any sound specially music. Always quiet and listening to the sound and often make them go to sleep esp. the eldest. His mom would always put speakers so he can listen to music.
Watch the Love Scenario sang by IKON in KPop Masterz in Manila Ep. 2. You can see that audience not only sing but even Bobby (IKON's main Rapper) was shocked to see that the Filipino crowd can also do his RAP PART of their song. IKON were all in awe.
When twice did their concert in the philippines, jihyo was surprised because the concert havent started yet but the crowd is already singing loudly as if there is someone already performing on stage.
Waaaa legit bros im one of the audience in bsb con and im sick at that time while watching them live and from the start till the end were singing the whope songs..they said that were the best audience theyve ever seen in their entire dna world tour..
One reason is we don't have letter F in our alphabet. Our alphabet is A B K D E G H I L M N Ñ NG P R S T U W Y ↑ This is our alphabet, all consonants are pronounced with letter A after. Like B(a) K(a) We call Philippines → Pilipinas
That was the old alphabet (ABAKADA). The one we are using now is the Modern Filipino Alphabet introduced in 1987 which consists of 28 letters (26 letters of the English alphabet + ñ and ng)
@@terong0918 Yes, the one I'm talking about is the old alphabet because it's the first one to be taught in schools and not the modernized one. Modernized alphabet i think is taught around grade 1 and properly introduced in grade 2 as an english alphabet because that's when we have more subjects taught in english. If i remember correctly my childhood memories that's how it goes.
Filipinos are easy to learn and speak other language/s and I believe it is God's gift. For one, each island in the Philippines has its own dialect/language, maybe 50 or so but the main language is Tagalog, spoken by most of us back here. Some of us who work abroad are easily acclimated to the language of their country eg. Arabic, Italian, Spanish, Finnish, Thai, Hindi, etc. I worked in Saudi and I speak/understand Arabic and easily communicate with the locals back there.
This generation surprised me too. When my child was around 4 years old. They had an activity in school that 3 levels of students from preschool were gathered in their gym for a performance. While their teacher was fixing the sound system, a song from Carly Rae Jaepsen tuned up. And the response was amazing from kids 3 years old to 5 year olds. They screamed and all of them sang the song and they knew the lyrics! I never heard my daughter sing that song and I saw her singing and knows the lyrics!!! They have it in them.. Spontaneous.. They sing and in tune!!!
Even in abroad when there are filipinos among the crowd the singers would blow their heads off 😂 Filipinos are just like that. We idolize talents so much that is why filipinos are very welcoming they will sing their heart out with you ❤
you should see super junior and elfs during bonamana on ss9… not only we do sing along we also danced and performed at the pit hahahaha 😂 esp. on vip standing sections
IU, the richest kpop female artist, said in a post she made after returning to Skorea from one of her asian tours that Filipinos are the best crowd. Li Hyorin, the 2nd richest, said the same. Sandara Park, the 3rd richest, considers the Philippines as her second home. Almost all of the female kpop artists in the top ten list got shocked with the reaction of their Filipino fans when they did concerts in the Philippines.

The deference between Filipino (male) Filipina (female) Philippines is representing the country. That's where the (P) stands for...❤ Thanks for supporting the Filipinos...
I just saw this vid on my home and actually watched it. It was all fun listening for the vids you both watch and to your conversation as well! And also the part where the both of you wondered why we say Philippines with a "P" is because Pilipino is what we call ourselves as the people of our country while the "F" for Filipino is for our language, which most of us are getting them mixed up, making the confusion you just got there, I think the reason 😅
You should see how the crowd reacted to Madonna singing Crazy For You during her Rebel Heart Concert in the Philippines. Crazy for you is probably Madonna's biggest hit in the country owing the Pinoy's penchant for ballads.
the wish 107.5 bus wherein SB 19 was featured is like a mobile broadcasted radio studio. the location of the roadshow is basically predetermined so as trafficking people can be done properly. guest artists get to perform their latest hits as promotion and at the same time sing tunes requested by fans. one can classify it as a free fan service mini-concert.

Thats why we pinoys/pinays love music so much even if its foreign music or local.
i went to a show of a local band here parokya ni edgar and the next morning i have bo vpice because i was just so hyper 😁 singinh aling and screaming and jumpinh at times. that's just how Filipino crowd is 🤗😊😊😊😊❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
hi waleska and efra! i just want to recommend you Ado, she's a young japanese singer and you guys should definitely check her songs especially "Tot Musica" and “Odo” :)) You'll be very amazed by her vocals and the tone hehe!
Why so stunning beautiful waleska why? Such a QUEEN
There is also the IU concert.. the Korean singer/actress did her 1st philippine concert in dec 2019.. the crowd was singing along with her korean song.
I just realize how Efra really improve now as a reactor, because back then he barely speaks. Waleska is the one who is speaking all the time, but now💙💙💙 .....
filipino crowd of a concert was awesome they enjoying singing with the artist to inter act that they love the song of the artist
Efra and Waleska, I hope you will release songs, have your concerts in the Philippines, so you'll experience this, too. 🥰
The American crowd is catching out too! When SB19 had their US tour, even the foreign fans were singing their songs in Tagalog, how cool is that huh?
Watch the Love Scenario sang by IKON in KPop Masterz in Manila Ep. 2. You can see that audience not only sing but even Bobby (IKON's main Rapper) was shocked to see that the Filipino crowd can also do his RAP PART of their song. IKON were all in awe.
Hands down love your videos. Please make more vidoes! Also, when do you plan to visit the philippines?
When twice did their concert in the philippines, jihyo was surprised because the concert havent started yet but the crowd is already singing loudly as if there is someone already performing on stage.
Eyyy A'tin Represents 💙💙💙💙💙
Thank you for reacting
so funny Efra getting hyped. haha please come visit us soon! ☺
Hoping for a Part 3! You should also checkout PH iKonics rapping with Bobby during 2022 KPop Masterz 2. That was freakin cool!
Loving Efra’s segue for each clip 😊
In a concert you can also have some of the talented Filipino audience sing like a professional
Waaaa legit bros im one of the audience in bsb con and im sick at that time while watching them live and from the start till the end were singing the whope songs..they said that were the best audience theyve ever seen in their entire dna world tour..
One reason is we don't have letter F in our alphabet. Our alphabet is
A B K D E G H I L M N Ñ NG P R S T U W Y
↑ This is our alphabet, all consonants are pronounced with letter A after. Like B(a) K(a)
We call Philippines → Pilipinas
as far as i know ñ wasn't even part of the alphabet until the 2000s. anything with ñ is written as ny or ni.
the point further -
we do not have C, F and V...most words with those we pronounced with K, P, and B respectively.
Concerts here in the Philippines are basically artists being an audience to their fans singing their songs 😆
Yeah it's true beybe! Can't wait you here guys...see you here soon
They sing and in tune!!!
the sb19 at wish bus.. i was there.. and the train literally stop in the middle to watch
Love your reactions Efra and Waleska! More power!
Even in abroad when there are filipinos among the crowd the singers would blow their heads off 😂 Filipinos are just like that. We idolize talents so much that is why filipinos are very welcoming they will sing their heart out with you ❤
i remember the concert of Menudo" back in the early '80's with Ricky Martin...man he's the shit back n the days
you should see super junior and elfs during bonamana on ss9… not only we do sing along we also danced and performed at the pit hahahaha 😂 esp. on vip standing sections
So happy to see A'TIN 💙 haha 🤣
Thanks for this 😁
IU, the richest kpop female artist, said in a post she made after returning to Skorea from one of her asian tours that Filipinos are the best crowd.
Li Hyorin, the 2nd richest, said the same.
Sandara Park, the 3rd richest, considers the Philippines as her second home.
Almost all of the female kpop artists in the top ten list got shocked with the reaction of their Filipino fans when they did concerts in the Philippines.
Sigurado ka ba sa richest na sinasabi mo..napaniwala ka naman ng fake news..sino ba nmang celeb ang magpapakita kung gaano siya kayaman..
@@Marsy712 Pakita ka ng link na hindi totoo.
South China Morning Post at iba't ibang sites nagsasabi niyan.
The one with Britney, that was at the end of the concert.. they're exiting and the mall is playing her song, so they sang along 😆
The deference between Filipino (male) Filipina (female) Philippines is representing the country. That's where the (P) stands for...❤
Thanks for supporting the Filipinos...
SB19xA'tin heart and soul💙💙💙
Efra is so insane hahaha! Iloveyou man! I like the way you express what's on your mind it's so on point!😂😂😂
@efra fun fact.. we called our country "Pilipinas" with the "P"..Philippines is the english word for our country..
the wish 107.5 bus wherein SB 19 was featured is like a mobile broadcasted radio studio. the location of the roadshow is basically predetermined so as trafficking people can be done properly. guest artists get to perform their latest hits as promotion and at the same time sing tunes requested by fans. one can classify it as a free fan service mini-concert.
Gaganahan ka talagang magperform kung ganito ka hype, energetic at active yung audience mo...😁✌️
I love you guys.. I'm always having fun watching your reactions.. ❤️
Goosebumps! SB19xA'TIN proud A'TIN here
Hi guys love you both... God bless.
