How is it that no one is wearing a mask?
I guess everybody is just trusting that everybody else is healthy by some miracle. Also that they're free from all skin diseases while sharing communal life vests but that part seems minor compared to the no-masks crowd in a covid-19 situation. Good luck to them all.
Ask yourself why the case numbers are so low, yet still so many not wearing a mask? Perhaps they are not buying into the mass hysteria. Not rushing to get tested, which is what is driving the "Case" numbers up. Smart Guyana!

As a more easy to imagine example, let us imagine a hurricane striking a city of two million. The vast majority of them *will not die or be injured* but the hurricane was still real and the danger was still tremendous.
