- Yes, this is a longer video and sorry if you tune out but I wanted to make this for you ladies who have Incompetent Cervix. I have had two cerclage experiences. One was an emergent McDonald Cerclage. The other was a preventative McDonald cerclage. The two pregnancies were VERY different. My cerclage experience was VERY different.
