Honestly, I'm not surprised if there's more undiscovered fish eater and semi aquatic dinosaurs out thete. I mean nowadays, birds alone have many not closely related lineages that evolved as fish eater, like egrets, ibis, storks, kingfishers, to name a few.

Convergent evolution happens quite often. Wings evolved independently multiple times. As I believe did eyes. On other habitable planets in the universe it is very likely there are organisms that look a lot like ones that have existed on earth, like birds, bats, and bees, because the laws of physics will drive evolution towards the biological structures, like wings, that work the best.

This dinosaur closely resembles waterfowl. It has a goose's and swan's neck. Mergansers dive to feed on fish, with small aquatic rodents and reptiles occasionally being consumed. Mergansers also have saw-like bills to help grip prey. Most swans and geese are very aggressive and will attack humans and other birds and animals.
Other waterbirds this specie somewhat resembles include cormorants and penguins.

My only quibble with this video is that at 3:50 when the narrator says Halskaraptor's forelimbs were like "the wings of swimming and diving birds like penguins", the video shows a puffin. Surely there was stock footage of a penguin available. I still love Halskaraptor as The "Duck" of Death. (Apologies to Gene Hackman's insult of Richard Harris in "Unforgiven".) But those long legs and neck strike me more as a wading adaptation like a heron, rather than an actively swimming pescatarian.

@@fluffy3640 I searched it, and the species is known by "...a partial braincase fragment and the right metatarsus composed by the second, third and fourth metatarsals and three pedal phalanges from an apparently immature individual..."
I didn't know that the ankle is so useful for differentiating animals, that's amazing! Thanks

The super-long-necked sauropods, such as Mamenchisaurus, could have walked with their necks in an “S” pattern as well to maintain a proper gait balance, if skeletally supported.

Birds ( like ducks ) have a syrinx which they use to make sounds, but other types of dinosaurs ( like halszkaraptor ) did not.
