Found this channel by accidentally clicking on the "Recently Updated" filter when searching for MSI's live album titled the same thing, I'm really impressed and will definitely be checking out the rest of your catalogue! Thank you so much for blessing the world with these masterpieces.
RAAHHHHH UOUR ENTIRE ALBUM IS SO COOL YOU SRSLY DESERVE MORE ATTENTION. ITS SO UNBELIEVABLY UNDERRATED DUDE THIS SHIT IS LITERALLY HEAVEN I’ve been ITCHING for songs that sound like MSI but with even more dramatic effects dude and this is PERFECT
Thank you so much! It really means a lot that you like it so much! And yes, I love MSI, but I also love dramatic effect, and emotion in music. Most of my songs are very much so about my personal life and things I’ve been through, so it’s dramatic because, well, they’re about real emotional things! Thank you for leaving a comment, and I hope you enjoy anything I do in the future!
@@gunsforfrogs your work is seriously VERY underrated, it has so much emotion put into it and words will never describe how perfect it is, the sounds, the effects, the music, the script, and overall just literally everything??! I hope you get more popular and get the recognition you deserve, please never stop making heavenly music 😞😞
I use a cheap Audio-Technica mic, which I run through a DI box, then my Interface. It has a pretty full sound, but I also just have a very full voice, and my vocals project loudly and fully.
Well, I really wanna know what you put over your vocals for the screaming parts of this song. It's one of my favorite techniques MSI uses. I think they also use it in "Diabolical".
@@gunsforfrogs Thank you. That's very helpful. I'll definitely have to try that out. While I still have you, what filters are you running your voice through, and what do you use as your digital audio workstation? Pro Tools, Cakewalk, BandLab..etc.
@@zachawav In terms of physical hardware, I have my microphone (Audio-Technica AT2035) running through a DI box, into my Scarlett Focusrite 2i2. In terms of software? Just a basic EQ, some compression, and a VST called the "Arturia Pre-73", which gives my vocals a more classic dirty and dry production sound. In terms of my DAW, I use Reaper! Love the sheer aggressiveness. I’m not too keen on covers, but as a diehard MSI fan, this is so good
Thank you! I really appreciate. If you like this, I’d definitely recommend checking out my original music, as well as my other msi covers :]

How do you record your vocals?
Mine always sound thin as fuck, using a good shure mic, so that’s not the problem.
Yours sound very full.

@@gunsforfrogs I should’ve figured my pipes just suck. 🤣
@@TylerHartman Oh, no no no, I’m not saying they suck haha. I’m just explaining that I sing VERRRYYY loudly is all :]

@@zachawav oh! I actually cut the vocal up into tiny bits to like, repeat the note and glitch it out. No extra softwares used
