I agree with what he says at the very end... I wouldn't want my guy (if he existed) to be stressing over bills because he spent a ton of money on chocolates & roses. Just make chocolate dipped strawberries at home & save that money for a vacation or something more memorable.
Plus chocolate strawberries are AMAZING and taste better than a lot of chocolates in chocolate boxes (to me anyway).

Lindt is fairly cheap, £1.80 for a normal sized chocolate bar compared to like cadburys which is say around £1.40?
But omg i love lindt sooo much, it's definitely worth every penny.
ferrero rocher and lindt are my top favourites.

*VERY* good. My personal favorite high-end ish chocolate is Godiva. It's very different from lower end chocolate because the focus is on the chocolate taste, not the milk.
Better than the majority of chocolate you have probably eaten, but not as good as some people will claim it can be.

Sometimes I watch these "Expert Reviews Cheap etc." videos and the experts act very snobbish and full of themselves, but this one was different. Well done.

Try DeBrand chocolate if you have one in your area. They might not have the highest-quality chocolate in existence, but the fact that their chocolates aren't sold in stores should tell you something.

Lindt is not considered cheap here, you get less than 2 pieces for what I believe would be about a dollar. Not high end, but more expensive than most other options.

If you've ever been in a high end premium chocolate manufactory, you know that Lindt is not at all comparable.
They are good, but not high end. Also, yes, by price they are also on the cheaper side. Not sure if in America they are more expensive.

I live in Austria, and a Lindt is one of the more pricey pieces of Chocolate ; Sure, there are better but ion a normal store you barely can find more expensive chocolate than Lindt
In America, they're expensive. They also taste considerably better than anything else you can get here. But...American chocolate isn't on the level of European chocolate and never will be...we've accepted this and just moved on, sadly.

I think it's already been said enough in the comments, but here we go again: most people, at least that I know, don't like, or even hate dark chocolate. Personally, I love it, but I know many others would rather go for a cheap Milka bar than some nice 70%-80% Lindt. But honestly, it's candy. Unless your loved one is an expert on chocolate or hates chocolate/sweets in general, you can give them something chocolate-y and they probably won't care... I know I wouldn't.
Uh.. 70-80% isnt chocolate. The darkest hershey bar is 60%, and most belgian dark dark chocolate (ive been too belgium) is 55%. 70-80 is more just flavored cacao

Chy Chy There's more Kinder chocolate than just the eggs (which are banned due to the toy inside). The Bon Bons and Happy Hippos are delicious, as is their chocolate bar with the milk cream center. All of which are not banned.
A couple years ago I bought a huge plastic egg full of kinder eggs at the airport in Peru I get to the USA they check my bags and everything see the plastic egg in my backpack and I got through just fine. I even pulled an egg out and ate it. Now that I looked it up I just realized I smuggled chocolate to the USA I feel like such a badass.

BoltFraction It is probably compared to the price higher quality chocolates.. It may not be cheap to people generally.. but compared to higher quality chocolates it is cheaper..
BoltFraction It's mass produced, fairly priced chocolate. Higher end chocolate makers like Vidari go for $8 a bar vs $2.50 for a Lindt chocolate bar.
