I just started listening and the first ist surely no ouverture either. It's an orchestral arrangement of a famous theme from Turandot, which does not have an ouverture. The second one is an arrangement as well. I suppose the whole video is meant in this way

Didn't know some of the pieces were Italian
The only exception is Mozart who was Austrian, but we grouped him together with Italian composers since some of his operas have an Italian libretto 🤗
