Everyday when you clock in you are asked if you have any food sickness or contagious symptoms, or if you are caring for or live with anybody with those symptoms currently. As for the nurse, when you call in sick, a manager calls this hotline SSR that we have that documents your symptoms and make sure nobody in other chipotle’s or people in the surrounding has the same ones (Incase there is a contaminated food source so we can stop serving it) and then there is a on call nurse that texts or calls the sick employee to make sure the symptoms they have are being documented correctly, then they give them a timeframe on when they can return to work safely with no symptoms :)

I’m going to play devil’s advocate on this one. In my profession when one person isn’t there other people are affected. Those people are called in early or staying late and for what? It better be because you are too sick to work. If we are sick we need to provide a doctors note which is fair. I have a strong work ethic and have been to work sick many times. If you want to go drinking and you work the next day that’s on you if you get sick. Save the drinking for when you have the next day off. Be adult about it and try and see it from a business perspective.🤷🏼♀️

How about be responsible and don't fucking drink if you have to go to work next day wtf
Exactly
Ughh hate being still drunk in the mornig and getting hit hard with that hangover hours later☠ worst thing ever!
Ummm 🤔 so chipotle is paying big bucks for a nurse to check up on minimum wage employees? WOW!!!🤯
Loni, 90% hung over
Adrienne girl you can NOT work at chipotle hungover. They will have you ready to quit 😂
No no no. They don’t need to know why you’re sick as long as it’s not excessive. It’s just a job at Chipotle. 🙄
90% of the time😂😂😂😂
Lmao a round table of drunks 😂😂😂😂 jk
I’m going to play devil’s advocate on this one. In my profession when one person isn’t there other people are affected. Those people are called in early or staying late and for what? It better be because you are too sick to work. If we are sick we need to provide a doctors note which is fair. I have a strong work ethic and have been to work sick many times. If you want to go drinking and you work the next day that’s on you if you get sick. Save the drinking for when you have the next day off. Be adult about it and try and see it from a business perspective.🤷🏼♀️
I’m probably reaching but I feel like this explains why Loni is so snappy sometimes. She’s hungover🤣 that’s why Adrienne kept asking what to do with the “mean drunk” in the first segment.
Tam is so responsible
I've never called in sick or not shown up, even if I actually was sick😭 I just feel too guilty to flake
They do know that drinking≠getting drunk, right? LIke, you can drink without having to get smashed.
That’s horrible! One let them just take the day ALSO what if it’s a mental health day???? Some people just need a day
Nobody;
Adrienne; TIL LUNCH TIIiiiiIIIIiiiIimMMMMeeeee
What if you’re taking a mental health day?
ill be damned if my job does that
what about mental health days
I love that idea bc I'm always sick
Sorry but the way my hangovers are set up I’m gonna need that day off period 🤷🏻♀️
Same here. Sometimes I get nauseous and it freaking horrible!!
CcoronaS I’m throwing up all day 😩😂
Lol Adrienne can’t sit at a table and talk hunger over but chipotle workers can serve customers and cook hot food all day? Lol okay
Hey im a big fan
Y’all so petty 😂😂 they would put Jeannie on the thumbnail now that she’s pregnant 😭
Liv Marie wait jeannie’s preggo? Wut da hell
Guardian of the Galaxy yeah look at bet.com
I don't think is true
Liv Marie notice how her jacket is big asl...
I'll believe that when she says it.
Thank god
They must wanna be fired saying they come to work hungover WHILE u at work on camera🙄
Maybe act like an adult and don't get drunk the night before you have to work and then you won't have to worry about it.
Adrian shouts a lot 😩😩😩😩
