I love roses too. I have a rose bush I planted at my parents' house in 2004 that is still amazing every year. My mom planted another one last year next to it. My landlord planted one in front of our home that is fully bloomed right now! It is gorgeous. I look forward to having my own house where I can have some rose bushes to call my own!
I love that you grow your own herbs and that you do so indoors too and use them regularly. That's really cool.

How to manage your cooking time?
I cook for a few days in advance and storage the food in the fridge. That saves lot of time.
