Plus it's great when teenagers talk about wanting to work with kids, I started volunteering at a daycare when I was 16 (my original motive was just trying to earn cool points for my college applications) but I found that I actually loved it, so when I went off to college, I continued to volunteer my time with kids, and I was close enough to their age that I could still relate to a lot of the problems they were facing so they were more likely to take my advice than their parents or teachers.
