His methods have been developed over many years and yielded success wherever he’s managed. He’s also had many bumps along the road and he’s well aware that if you stay true to the task, success will come. It’s easy to be critical when the wins have been scarce, there was a time earlier the season when Spurs had won 8 of 10 in all competitions. If he was a rookie coach, many would have serious doubts, but he’s confident in his ability to lead the team based on his past performances. Some supporters want the instant gratification of wins. They lose confidence very quickly and want “Ange Out!” Some can see what he’s trying to create. He’s highly intelligent, articulate and determined. He doesn’t suffer fools. Patience is what’s needed.
Really feel for Ange. Spurs have 9 first team players out at the moment. He clearly needs the January transfer window and for some good clever spending! COYS!
Some shortsighted fans want Ange to get sacked. Why? Has this ever worked for us the countless times the board sacked the manager when everyone put the blame on them? Even though everytime we have failed it has been due to a failure by the board to support the manager due to its transfer policies? Players and coaches have come and gone, but do you know who has always been here for the past 24 years? ENIC, Daniel Levy, and their little cronies. It's very easy for them to shift the blame on the manager when they have been the ones who have overseen failure besides being a great financial institution. They know how to run a business, but don't know how to run a sporting institution. The only way we can actually succeed is if the club is under ownership that prioritizes glory over profit, and isn't afraid of risk.
I think Ange is a breath of fresh air. No BS. Wants proper men in the changing room to go to battle with. Hope the sensitive little souls at Spurs don't down tools because they are too weak to accept some responsibility. Some of their fans are as bad. Weak mentality.
As a club I think we need this tough spell. We’ve got to realise that there’s no quick fix when there’s a complete rebuild, It takes time. The thing that hurts you makes you stronger
Seems most fans think a painful rebuild doesn't involve any pain. Theres never been a manager in history, Pep, Klopp, anyone, who doesnt make decisions where most of the fan base think 'WTF is he doing?' They work with the players and know things we dont. Trust the process. Back the manager. COYS
This is the best thing that could happen to find out what characters he has going forward. Maybe not the best thing but trying to be positive over here 😭
Come on be realistic, this squad is not up for that. The measures of success for this club are not 20 game winning streaks. No manager could make that happen with the current squad of fit players.
I don't think it's even Ange's playing style that's putting the pressure on him. It's opening up to the media and allowing them to damage you when you hit a run of bad results. If he played his cards closer to his chest regarding his footballing philosophy, these questions wouldn't be the focus of every single interview.
Blimey mate. Throwing Timo under the bus OMG. FFS. Your tactics stink. It was you that left Spence out of the squad. You wanted Werner in the first place, we all thought he was crap in the first place. Change your tactics mate, dont go gung ho you knob head
He took Werner coz he didn't have a winger and couldn't get one in the window...You been living under a rock with all your excuses! Don't you listen to the interviews! Obviously, the knobhead is on you.....

I'm not even a Spurs fan, I just want this man to succeed!
I've been Spurs since 1987.
And I want this clueless clown gone. He's lost the dressing room.
Love Ange. Keep the faith lads. He'll bring success to us
"the next manager" - lol - mike drop, we love Ange

Great work as normal
Pep started the trend of only buying center backs and having them play all along the back line. It’s genius and fixes this problem.

Ange is right, no excuses
I think Ange is a breath of fresh air. No BS. Wants proper men in the changing room to go to battle with. Hope the sensitive little souls at Spurs don't down tools because they are too weak to accept some responsibility. Some of their fans are as bad. Weak mentality.

Maybe not the best thing but trying to be positive over here 😭
Ange pulls no punches, I like him, he is at least honest !!!!!
We will go on a 20 game winning streak. Finish 3rd in PL, Win Europa League, Win FA Cup and Carabao Cup. COYS!!!!!
Come on be realistic, this squad is not up for that. The measures of success for this club are not 20 game winning streaks. No manager could make that happen with the current squad of fit players.
It's called manifestation brother, manifestation. "If we build it, they will come."
