The Jordan comparison is more about the competitive drive and leadership - not merely play style.
That's how they won consecutive rings. Jordan was insatiable. The Nuggets don't have a player like that. The coach is, but he's not (supposed to be) on the court.

Ant's play style is much closer to Jordan/Kobe than Wade. The superior athleticism, midrange fades, superior dunks, driving ability, etc...
As I watch the rest of Ant-man's career his interview w/SVP from last week will always stick in my mind. He said about the Suns: "I'm coming out to kill everyone..." 😳😳 He ain't playin'! That's the kinda energy Kobe always had & I love it
Ant is a super young player. I lived in Chicago when MJ got his first 3-peat. I have never seen a better basketball player before, during, or after Jordan's reign. He remains at the top of the mountain. Ant has a very long way to go.

in a game 2 round 2 while having a 5-0 playoff record and gauranteed at least a split in Denver coming home Friday. now he has only 5 games of play off wear on his body and Jokic/Gordan have 7 games of play off wear on theirs. Including that 48 minute Road Warrior Squash Match they went thru last nite. Good for Rudy, and it happened at the PERFECT spot in the playoffs too.

AE is cut from the same cloth as MJ and Kobe. There's only one MJ because he was the First, the Archetype. Everyone who has played basketball has tried to emulate him to one degree or another, beginning with Kobe, Vince etc. But even being mentioned in the same sentence with MJ says it all.

Ant's got a lot to prove still, but his play early on is comparable to Jordan's early on. If you take into account that Ant is playing next to KAT, who is better offensively than many #1 options on offense.

No D Wade - Ant is much more explosive and does absolutely everything on the court. This dude is absolutely slaughtering HOF players and MVPs; Booker, KD, Jokic and Murray he is gutting them at age 22. If he leads the Wolves to a title at this young age it is something not seen before. The closest comparison would be Magic.

For the nuggets it’s no longer about winning , it’s about fighting back punching back , the refs gonna let this game get physical the nuggets need to not only match and hit harder, the refs letting this get way to physical people gonna get hurt or fights gonna start happening

The Ant man ain't no Michael Jordan. Edwards is not a good passer either just a bruiser with a ton of verticality. But he has soooooo much to prove before any remote comparisons to Air Jordan should be made.
