I will work on my laziness 1.i will be making new belief system by meeting with different people that are proactive and concious/ aware about their life. 2.self manangement Daily to do list , doing what is necessary is also very important,priotrize things, slicing time into different pieces and fully utilising them and the resources present there. 3.Knowing the long term benefits of doing anything. Starting it will feel bore but slowly it will become interesting, creative ideas start coming.
I do 9 hour walking running mental physical job I feel so fit despite of mental health issue I have improved a lot I have started running in parks also
Covid के बाद हमेशा 9 बजे उठने की एक hebit हो गई थीं,,,न जिम जाने का शौक और न ही व्यायाम करने का मन,,,, आखिर समस्या बड़ी हुई नौकरी गई, मोटापा बढ़ा, टेंशन से डिफ्रेशन। मेडम मैं आपकी बातो से 100% सहमत हू कास मुझे ये विडीयो एक महीने पहले सुनने को मिला होता
सब कुछ जानते हुए समझते हुए जीवन का गोल भी सेट है। यह भी मालूम है कि सिर्फ सोच सोच कर समझ समझ कर बात नहीं बनेगी, करना पड़ेगा। परन्तु एक्शन नहीं लिया जा रहा, घबराहट होने लगती है आलस से हटकर कुछ करने में। आराम से हटने को सोचने से ही मन घबराने लगता है,एक्शन शुरू ही नहीं कर पा रहा हू अब एक्शन शुरू करने के लिए अपने तन तथा मन को आदी बनाने के लिए कुछ उपाय सोच रहा हूं कि छोटी छोटी क्रियाएं करनी शुरू करता हू। दूसरो को ऑर्डर देने बचूंगा, खुद करूंगा,बच्चो के साथ कुछ वक्त गुजारना क्यों वह किसी भी तरह से हमें नेगेटिव नहीं बनाते, घर से बाहर कुछ ट्ररिगर सेट करने होंगे जो मुझे बाहर खींचे, अधिक सोच विचार करने से बचूं, इस वीडियो में आपके तीनों उपाय अच्छे लगे, क्या आप कुछ अन्य उपाय सूझा सकते है आपका शुक्रिया।
