I was watching a Spanish language vlog by a Bolivian TH-camr and he was saying something about how it’s said you’re not a true Bolivian unless you can eat a salteña without spilling a drop haha

Glad that they are making vegetarian saltenas.!!!! If you only knew the ingredients of the regular ones.....believe me you would switch.!!!! And i totally agree with you. That the food is INCREDIBLE GOOD!!!!

Yes, you are supposed to take a bite of the salteña, then drink from it as it was a cup, then eat your way around the dough without spilling - eat, drink, eat a little more etc. and try not to spill a single drop 🩷

I believe Sucre is only the constitutional capital and La Paz is the administrational capital... 😅 it seems to be very confusing so we just went with it
