The equivalent of Mount Washington could be Mont Aigoual in France, located in the Parc National des Cévennes. Altitude of 1,567 m (5,141 ft). Due to it's specific location, the weather can be extreme : wind, snow, rain. The heavy rainfall has given the mountain its name: originally "Aiqualis" ('the watery one') - Minimum Temperature : -28 °C in 1956 - Maximum wind speed : 360 km/h (223 mi/h) on November 6, 1966 - Maximum snow during one year : 10.24 metres (33 ft). th-cam.com/video/LoOsJNWWzZ0/w-d-xo.html
Very carefully! Joking aside, the wind does vary, I've been to the summit 8 times now, once in winter, 3 times in the fall, once in the spring and 3 in the summer, and summertime there are usually periods of moderate wind.
I wish to thank you for sharing this awesome video with me .

How were they able to build the structure if it’s always windy?
Very carefully!
