You blokes on the other side of the pond really do eat well. Asian immigration there as here in the states has brought some magnificent cuisines with it.
+Smol Jimin Korean chicken is battered in liquid. Not to mention majority of them are fried in recognizable parts of the chicken. The chicken in video is filleted, breaded, then fried. I would call this a chicken-katsu. It is more close to Japanese than anything Korean.
+Louie M I'm. A chef actually and you could get shut down for that if someone was to get ill even jail so nothing to with food police it's just common sense working with food we all get training for this okay have a nice day
+Jihwaja London and this don't matter you must always use yellow for cooked and red for raw sometimes not all the bacteria can get washed off by just washing such as salmonella we all get taught this in training in food right we get trained for a reason that's why it's in place don't matter if you didn't use it that time for raw I hate things like that because I actually work hard to keep o my standards in my kitchen you should too
I'm not so keen on letting someone handle paper currency AND then handle my food without washing or even wiping their hand/s. Might make me sick and ruin my vacation.
Disgusting! People who are purchasing food from these vendors are paying to spend time in the hospital! Cross contamination! Using the same chopsticks with the rare and cooked meats!! Accepting the dirty money and than touching the food without changing gloves. I really dont understand why vendors that operate food just dont have someone that only collect the money. Another thing alot of food vendors and food restaurants dont realize is the use of gloves is not to protect their hands its used to protect the customer. I really enjoy watching these VLOGS and the food looks awesome. Sadly.. I would never buy from ANY of these stalls! I also notice people are quick to belittle and pass judgement on anyone who comment on the nasty handling of the food. If you dont have a problem with buying and eating the food.. by all means.. chow down. Dont get mad if I chose to point out the disgusting food etiquette. Thank you but NO THANK YOU!!
The street music was fantastic!

You think restaurants will give you sterile food? And the other guy never touched the food directly with the gloves either.
