It is the under-capacity of the USA that prompts USA to accuse China's overcapacity.
No one forces USA to buy China's affordable, quality products. China has plenty of markets along BRI, in Africa, in Latin Americas, in South-East Asia, in Asia minor, Middle-East and even in part of EU.

Overcapacity is what drive international trade...
example 2023, India restrict export of India rice due Under capacity production that year.
Without Over capacity of production, one country could not export, trade with others of in-house valuable goods.

Over capacity is when a manufacturer produces much more than market demands and resulted in lots of surplus supplies sitting in its warehouse, which would automatically force it to cut back on production; when a manufacturer can sell as much as it produced, it means there is a demand for its goods, not an over capacity.

Only America can subsidize their industries any other countries are not allowed to do that. They will call it unfair competition. Double standard. Tonia Harding technique will be applied to competitors.
