@@Aabhi244 i would recommend visit any bike gear shop nearby and try the medium size of any riding pant. Since they have different fit from regular pants it's really necessary to get a proper fit. My waist is 34 hence large suits me still i find it more tight than normal denims. For you I would recommend medium but due to the length of the pant, you'll have to wear it high waist for proper fit.
