Honestly, none of them were one to talk. Like what you said about Iida. Deku broke his bones like every five minutes when he couldn’t control his quirk. Todoroki refused to use his fire quirk, causing himself pain bc of frostbite. Kirishima literally hit himself with a pole when he was training his quirk and now has a permanent scar. Bakugo was the only one who didn’t physically hurt himself in the show (I believe, I’m on S4)
i love how comfortable deku is with his friends 🥰 like, leaning on them, piggy back rides, being held by them, feeding them, its all so adorable and i cant get over it-

I thought the whole bird thing was about: hold too tightly and you'll lose it, but if you dont hold at all it will fly away... So aim for what you want, work hard, but don't try to control every detail
