Knew he wasn't straight even from these things plus not clarifying to Tristan he's straight right then and there and just saying he actually likes Maya and he didn't mean to lead Tristan on. I know people say he just didn't wanna hurt Tristan's feelings but wouldn't it be more humiliating for Tristan to just see him making out with Zoe next day or as soon as he could??
the paris trip convinces me the they were planning on having Miles as a Bi character. early on, or at least thinking about it..his behaviour towards tristan being gay was weird, the hug, taking his shirt off DURING their convo..it just screams interest, at least latent interest in Tristan..I think miles thought tristan was cute and he knew he was leading tristan on but then chickened out when tristan kissed him....as he got to know tristan more he developed feeling for him and became more comfortable with the idea.
